Meet Kristy—
Kristy Armstrong is a Denver-based Bible teacher, retreat speaker, and writer. She graduated from Baylor University with a B.A. in Psychology. She holds two M.A. degrees from Denver Seminary in Counseling and Biblical and Theological Studies, studying Greek and Hebrew in-between carpools and loads of laundry.
Kristy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has served as an Adjunct Professor at Colorado Christian University and on various school boards. As a director of the Armstrong Family Foundation, she has participated in missions globally and co-presents an annual award to national leaders embodying faith, family, and freedom virtues.
Kristy has been married to Wil Armstrong for over 30 years and has three adult children: Elisabeth (Bioethicist) married to Pete Quinzio in Virginia, Kathryn (Investor Relations Consultant) in Georgia, and Jack (Classic Car Restoration & Storage) in Colorado.
In her free time, Kristy enjoys walking with friends and reading multiple books at the same time. She has climbed seven fourteeners, and when not in town, loves being with her family, friends, and dog Beau at their cabin in south-central Colorado.
